Explore the self with bhakti flow yoga

About me

My contact with the embodied practices began through dance in my hometown Larissa where I was excelled to become a member of the Thessalian Ballet. It was not until 2007 that I first encountered the philosophy of yoga and ever since I have tried not only to deepen my physical practice but also to cultivate a yogic way of living.

Until today I have completed 700 hours of education in different interpretations of the yogic path. I have participated in many yoga conferences and yoga retreats worldwide and I have a master degree in Sports Anthropology. I have a strong connection with nature and music and my teaching is focused on the therapeutic alignment, the awakening of the pranic flow and especially on the cultivation of empathy for all beings.

What is bhakti flow yoga

Inspired by my teacher, Rusty Wells Bhakti Flow Yoga is a non-sectarian spiritual practice that focuses on the whole being – the body, mind, heart. These classes are an experiential explosion of music, sweat, stillness, and energy that will open your heart and leave you overflowing with bliss. Bhakti Flow Yoga requires an artful discipline and rewards us with the very best qualities of compassionate and love. We all learn how to be present and listen in order to serve nature and all beings in the best possible way.
